Budget 2025

The Government of Alberta introduced its Budget 2025 on Thursday, the 27th of February 2025, in the provincial legislature. Alberta Municipalities’ policy analysts reviewed the budget line by line to determine the ways in which it will affect the 274 local communities we serve across the province.

Prior to the Budget 2025 announcement, Alberta Municipalities President Tyler Gandam has sent a letter to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance, Minister Nate Horner to address ABmunis' member municipalities' main concerns.
