MAMP3 – Data Collection and Communicating Levels of Service

Under MAMP 3 we offered the introductory training developed in MAMP2 as well as a new advanced course. The content developed for MAMP 3 is aimed at municipal staff who have some familiarity with asset management, either from taking our earlier offered courses or other asset management training. After completing the advanced course, participants will be familiar with data collection methodologies, levels of service and techniques for communicating these concepts to residents.
