Please note, hotels may have a two-night, non-refundable deposits taken at the time of booking. This ensures that hotel rooms are not overbooked and canceled at the last minute, leaving rooms unused. It is the municipalities responsibility to book the appropriate number of rooms required. While name changes can be made, deposits will not be refunded if a room has to be canceled.
