2020 AUMA Bylaw Special Resolution

As per the current AUMA Bylaw, a full review of the bylaw is required every subsequent year divisible by five (5). As a result, a review took place this year. Please be advised that there will be a special resolution put forth at the 2020 AUMA Annual General Meeting requesting members to adopt a number of minor amendments to the AUMA Bylaws.

The full wording of the AUMA bylaw special resolution will be included in the annual Resolution Handbook to be published in August.

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 10:45 a.m. at the TELUS Convention Centre, Calgary.
