2024 annual member survey results
Every year, we conduct member surveys on various aspects of our programs and services. These surveys help us gather valuable insights on how we can enhance our offerings, assess member satisfaction, and better understand members’ needs.
We sincerely thank everyone who participated in our 2024 annual surveys. Below is a summary of the percentage of members who reported being satisfied or very satisfied with our programs and services:
- 100% Energy Services
- 97% Insurance & Risk Services
- 95% Employee Benefits Services
- 95% Retirement Services (APEX, Alberta Communities Pension Plan (ACPP). MuniSERP, Group RRSP and TFSA)
- 89% Policy & Advocacy efforts
- 88% Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP).
We are very pleased with these results, as they indicate that we are meeting your business needs and advocating effectively on your behalf.
Your feedback also highlighted some key areas you would like us to continue focusing on, including:
- Increasing our communications on how we prioritize our advocacy efforts, what we are doing to advance your advocacy priorities, and our advocacy successes
- Increasing our engagement with members by providing additional webinars and conducting in-person visits from our business development team or board members
- Continuing to optimize our processes within our business lines.
