AGLC Survey on Revisions to Entertainment Policy
Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) is reviewing its entertainment policy (Section 5.10 of the Liquor Licensee Handbook) with a view to ensuring that the regulation of licensed premises reflects the expectations and needs of Albertans, while ensuring staff and patron safety. AGLC intends to accommodate all entertainment activities so long as they are lawful and safe.
AGLC is seeking input from various stakeholders, including owners of licensed premises, municipalities, law enforcement and health services. AGLC would appreciate your input through the survey link below. Please review the proposed draft of the entertainment policy, and the current policy, prior to completing the survey.
