Requests for Proposals (RFP) are a great undertaking and require a lot of detail. Our presentation will give you an overview of the competitive bidding process, show you the key aspects of an RFP, and explain how to evaluate proposals. If your organization does not issue RFPs, many of the tactics in this webinar can be applied to how you work with your vendors.
