Expanded Electronics Pilot Project Coming This Fall

Got that pager no one ever pages you on anymore? You will have a place to recycle your trusted pager starting September 1, 2020.

The Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA) is gearing up for the autumn launch of the pilot announced by the Minister of Environment and Parks in May 2020. AUMA is excited to see this pilot going forward, as many municipalities have seen the demands for recycling these electronic products locally and advocated for the expansion of the electronics recycling program. We thank the minister for listening to municipalities’ concerns and appreciate ARMA for working with local governments to get this going.
