Input needed on how we measure poverty

Statistics Canada is conducting a crowdsourcing initiative to validate how we measure poverty. Canadians are asked to complete a short questionnaire and provide input on current estimates of how much money a family needs for items like food, clothing, shelter, and transportation.

The survey takes no more than five minutes to complete and is open to all Canadians until January 31, 2019.

AUMA encourages our members to complete the survey and share this information with your residents to complete as well.
