Results of AUMA’s 2019 Resolutions Session

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Resolutions Session at AUMA’s 2019 Annual Convention.  On average, 74 per cent of the 769 elected representatives of member municipalities who attended convention and received a voting pad actively participated by voting on resolutions.

All of the resolutions that were considered are available in the Resolutions Library.   

AUMA is now grouping and forwarding adopted resolutions to the relevant ministers and other organizations.  Our standing policy committees will review responses and recommend any further action to AUMA’s Board based on a prioritization framework outlined in our new resolutions policy.  We will provide more information on the new policy and our action on resolutions through the Digest and Resolutions webpage.
