Submit mass gathering complaints via online form

911 and 811 call centres are overwhelmed with complaints about mass gatherings. AHS has developed an online form to help alleviate the volume of calls. The form allows Albertans to submit a complaint to AHS public health inspectors if they are concerned an establishment is not following the orders under the public health emergency.

After receiving a complaint, health inspectors will be looking for voluntary compliance from the establishment. If the establishment does not comply, health inspectors can contact law enforcement to enforce the Public Health Act. Health inspectors can also engage other regulatory bodies, such as Service Alberta, which could result in other regulatory and enforcement actions
