Free course offers insight on Indigenous history and culture
Municipalities interested in strengthening relations with Indigenous communities can benefit from a free course offered by the University of Alberta. Indigenous Canada is a 12-week online program taught from an Indigenous perspective that explores Indigenous history and culture in Canada. Topics include land claims, legal rights, political conflicts and alliances, and Indigenous life, art and its expressions.
