REMINDER: Nominations for ABmunis' Board of Directors close soon
The call for nominations for Alberta Municipalities' Board of Directors continues for another two weeks. We're still looking for qualified candidates to be considered for the following positions:
Director Positions (two-year term)
- Director, Cities up to 500,000
- Director, Towns West
- Director, Towns South
- Director, Villages East
- Director, Villages West
Vice-President Positions (one-year term)
- Vice-President & Director, Cities up to 500,000
- Vice-President, Towns
- Vice-President, Villages & Summer Villages
The deadline for ALL nominations for the 2022 Board elections is 11:59 p.m., Thursday, September 15, 2022. We encourage elected officials and CAOs to ensure that all council members are aware of the 2022 nomination deadline.
Elections will take place on Friday, September 23, 2022, at Convention.
