Update: 2024 Spring MLC Requests for Decision

Members voted in favour of two Requests for Decision (RFDs) at last month’s Spring Municipal Leaders’ Caucus in Edmonton.

The first RFD calls for an enhanced “Childcare Capital Grant Program”, while the second calls for continued “Regional Economic Development Alliance (REDA) funding”.

Both RFDs have been sent to Alberta’s Minister of Jobs, Economy and Trade for responses. Once the minister's responses have been received, they will be considered by ABmunis’ Economic Strategy Committee.
