Update from the Legislature – May 23, 2024

The Legislature is sitting this week, with spring session scheduled to conclude next week. The Minister of Municipal Affairs is expected to introduce amendments to Bill 20, the Municipal Affairs Statutes Amendment Act, today (May 23). Alberta Municipalities will examine the amendments and compare them to the concerns identified in the preliminary analysis document on our website.
