Updated Public Engagement Toolkit and Workbook

Through funding provided by the province to help municipalities better manage the MGA changes, AUMA and RMA were able to update existing public engagement resources. AUMA is happy to announce a new Public Engagement guide and accompanying workbook are now complete and ready for members to access; both can be found on the AUMA website.

When developing the guide and the workbook, AUMA wanted to ensure that it was easy to use for all municipalities but paid special note to develop a resource that will benefit smaller municipalities.  Another resource that has recently been developed that compliment these resources are the Public Participation Policies and the Public Notification Guide.
