You told us what you value most from us
In early 2020, as we embarked on our strategic brand research, we hosted many stakeholder engagement sessions to hear from our members about what they value most about their Association.
We learned from those sessions that you value being able to meet with your peers, share ideas, and network with other elected officials across different levels of government. You value the Association as a facilitator of these connections and enjoy the many events that make it possible for you to come together and connect on common issues and concerns.
You also said that you view our staff as being experts on the products and services municipalities need so you can build thriving communities. You feel a strong affinity for our staff and appreciate their contributions in making your municipalities more efficient and innovative.
The Association’s staff will continue to support you with their expertise and valuable services, but under a new name. We will be sharing more about our brand renewal in the next couple of weeks. At Convention 2021, on Wednesday, November 17 you will see the results of the work we have been able to complete thanks to the information our members shared with us.
