AGLC announces launch of much-anticipated consultation review

Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) will be consulting with municipalities and broader stakeholders in town halls and online surveys during the second phase of the consultation set to begin in spring 2019. 

The consultation will focus on the current charitable gaming model. More information about charitable gaming in Alberta is available on the AGLC website including a searchable database.

Based on a 2018 resolution, AUMA has been urging the AGLC to consult on the gaming model and is pleased that the consultation has now begun. AUMA is committed to keeping members updated on this issue as we obtain further information.
