Apply now for funds to celebrate Wildfire Community Preparedness Day
Applications are now open for your chance to receive a $500 award from FireSmart Canada to help your community hold FireSmart activities or events for Wildfire Community Preparedness Day 2019.
Successful award recipients will also receive a FireSmart event kit to help make your event a huge success! The kit includes a $50 Tim Horton’s gift card (or VISA gift card if you don’t have a local Tim Horton’s), FireSmart compostable yard debris bags, work gloves, pruning shears, safety vests, safety goggles, t-shirts and a banner! We will also load your box up with FireSmart Canada resources to share with your residents.
