Cannabis legal resource now available

Reynolds Mirth Richards and Farmer LLP has developed the Cannabis Legal Resource and Toolkit (under the "Social" tab) for AUMA members to help with the impending legalization of cannabis for recreational use.

This resource contains easy-to-use checklists, step-by-step instructions, and sample bylaw provisions for:

• Land use bylaw amendments
• Business licensing bylaw amendments
• Nuisance bylaw amendments
• Public spaces or community standards bylaw amendments

Note: The Cannabis Legal Resource and Toolkit is available to AUMA members only. To access the toolkit, click on the "Social" tab.  You must have a subscription to the AUMA website to access this resource.
