National Housing Co-Investment Fund applications open April 23

Since the launch of the National Housing Strategy (NHS) in November, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) has been working hard to finalize program design and prepare for the launch of new initiatives.

On April 23, 2018, a new webpage will be launched to accept applications for the National Housing Co-Investment Fund and other NHS initiatives. On the webpage, you will find tools to help navigate the application process and more details on all of the new NHS initiatives.

Applications for the existing Affordable Housing Innovation Fund and Rental Construction Financing initiative can also be made via this website.
