Time is running out; submit an RFD today!
If you are considering submitting a request for decision for Alberta Municipalities to advocate on an emerging issue, you have less than two weeks to do so. The submission deadline is February 18, 2025.
Requests for decision (RFDs) are presented on the floor for a vote by members at our Spring Municipal Leaders’ Caucus (MLC) on March 6 and 7, 2025 in Edmonton. If approved, ABmunis’ Board of Directors will take action on the issue. Instructions are available on our Spring MLC web page.
If the matter is not urgent, then you can bring your issue forward through a resolution before the June 30, 2025 deadline. Visit our web page to learn the differences between RFDs and resolutions and the various ways you can ask ABmunis to take action.
