Updated Occupational Health and Safety course offered by AMHSA
The Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association (AMHSA) is offering a new Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations and Code Overview course that focuses on recent changes to legislation and its impacts on the work environment.
This half-day course is designed to help individuals understand the Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and covers elements to the legislation including responsibility, enforcement, and penalties, including changes to the Alberta OHS Act that took effect in June 2018.
